Description

• The pulse jet bag filter comes complete with non-woven polyester bags, bag cages, solenoid operated diaphragm valves, electric sequence timer, electric panel, supporting structure with walk way platform, ladder and rotary air lock at the hopper bottom.
• For enhancing its performance, pleated dust bags are provided in bag filter for longer 1ife.Also, air lock is fitted at bottom hopper for continuous discharge of dust. Apart from this, cleaning of bags is achieved through automatic pulse jet system.
• There is a pneumatic vibrator which generates high impulse vibrations removing the dust gathered in the bottom hopper.
• For a complete clean & dust free plant — a pneumatically controlled Bag filter is used.
• Its main features are low maintenance, environment friendly and easy operation.
